This is a document created with the purpose of giving the users the best overview of the software for easy usage.
The Analysis Phase is the first phase in the process among the 3 phases of the software.
All features will be summarized into 3 main sections: Company Overview, Getting Started, and Project Settings.
1. Company Overview
This section helps manage the information of the company and the members who participate in the projects.
Besides, it also supports the creation of a template with the purpose of giving the inheritance to the projects which are later created. This is considered a preparation step in the process of using the software.
2. Getting Started
This is considered the most important section of the software. It guides the user on how to create a new project, how to manage a project after it has been created, and finally how to generate a report.
3. Project Settings
This is considered an extension of section 2. It supports the definition and adjustment of some additional features for the project.
