The revised European Standard EN13814 has been published in May 2019.
All EU member countries are currently in process of adaptation. There is a three-year transition period where the 2004 or 2019 version can be applied. The revised standard has new important requirements related to Risk Assessment.
Now the owner/operator is required to conduct a so-called OURA (Operation and Use Risk Assessment).
