Currently, to gain access to our app, the account owner (you) are required to provide your username and password.
For increasing security, we rolled out the optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to all of our users.
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. After you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you’ll log in to your account in two steps using your password, and a code generated by your authenticator app on your phone. Among the popular Authenticator apps are Google Authenticator (Android / iOS) and Duo (Android / iOS).
Set up Two-Factor Authentication for your account
1. Click the Account icon to go to the User Settings page.
2. Click the Off switch of the Two-Factor Authentication field to enable this feature.
